Nagoya Tokyu Hotel

Very nice property located in the heart of Nagoya - walking distance to many restaurants and shopping plaza. Specious room and good breakfast buffet. Most impressive is the staff's hospitality. When we checked in and asked for restaurant information, we were delight to receive a Gourmet Map with list of Nagoya specialty foods. The concierge desk was above and beyond our expectation. We went to ask for information about train tickets to Tokyo. Hideo took time to write a letter with detail information. He also patiently explained to us. It's very easy to follow his instruction. The entire staffs made us felt welcomed. Their hospitality was impressive. It will be the hotel to return in our next visit.

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable. The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

Everything, convenience stores around the hotel. Huge drugstore with tax free just next to the hotel.

Everything is superb. Only thing is that the room didn’t have much airflow. I would like to commend the concierge, especially, for going out of his way every single time. His service is absolutely stellar and this really made our hotel stay so wonderful!

The hotel was exceptional and clean. Fantastic location, close to a subway station and a lot of restaurants. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were nice. Basic rooms but fantastic bathrooms.
