Very nice property located in the heart of Nagoya - walking distance to many restaurants and shopping plaza. Specious room and good breakfast buffet. Most impressive is the staff's hospitality. When we checked in and asked for restaurant information, we were delight to receive a Gourmet Map with list of Nagoya specialty foods. The concierge desk was above and beyond our expectation. We went to ask for information about train tickets to Tokyo. Hideo took time to write a letter with detail information. He also patiently explained to us. It's very easy to follow his instruction. The entire staffs made us felt welcomed. Their hospitality was impressive. It will be the hotel to return in our next visit.

Outstanding service received by concierge office/desk. Second to none even compairing to the the big names like Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental .... Especially to Ryoko 😊 but also colleages whose names I do not know: CONGRATULATIONS! Omedettoo Gozaimasu👍👍👍

Everything is superb. Only thing is that the room didn’t have much airflow. I would like to commend the concierge, especially, for going out of his way every single time. His service is absolutely stellar and this really made our hotel stay so wonderful!

Everything was amazing and the staff were so sweet and to be honest the best people we've met in Nagoya! Room was spacious, clean and the hotel is not that far from the subway station 15 minutes (exit 12) To be honest, this hotel is stunning, feel like a 5 stars and the breakfast very delicious you can choose between 3 restaurants :).

Super luxurious, and much bigger than we expected! Rooms were large, close to food, bars, station & sightseeing options.

Great location, very kind, caring, and professional staff. Very comfortable and clean, quiet. Close to the Sakae subway station (5 minute walk). Great pool and amenities. Good food options.

Attention from the staff was amazing. treated like a star from the moment arrived. breakfasts had a very good selection, I went for the Madelaine continental buffet. the waterfall from the breakfast room made such a lovely setting.

The feeling of luxury in this hotel is massive. Wonderful finishings and architecture, the staff is incredible, the best english spoken staff that I have met in Japan so far. The breakfast was good and the location is perfect, near everything for both day and night time

Upscale hotel with fancy lobby, lots of brassy trim and decorations that seemed a little dated but still nice.
