The sauna and onsen facilities are great. The Executive lounge access (with sauna etc) is great to have and was, for us at least, worth the extra money as it also includes all day drinks and snacks.

Very nice property located in the heart of Nagoya - walking distance to many restaurants and shopping plaza. Specious room and good breakfast buffet. Most impressive is the staff's hospitality. When we checked in and asked for restaurant information, we were delight to receive a Gourmet Map with list of Nagoya specialty foods. The concierge desk was above and beyond our expectation. We went to ask for information about train tickets to Tokyo. Hideo took time to write a letter with detail information. He also patiently explained to us. It's very easy to follow his instruction. The entire staffs made us felt welcomed. Their hospitality was impressive. It will be the hotel to return in our next visit.

We only stayed one night, but it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was stunning—beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully done. Our room was incredible: spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional—so helpful and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a five-star experience through and through, and we wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable. The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

Nagoya Tokyu was at a great location in the Sakae area. It was close to the nearest station, as well as a nice shopping mall filled with delicious restaurants and cafes. We opted for the hotel breakfast, and enjoyed the buffet option the most. It featured a variety of both western and Japanese cuisine, and enjoyed all the different choices.

Outstanding service received by concierge office/desk. Second to none even compairing to the the big names like Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental .... Especially to Ryoko 😊 but also colleages whose names I do not know: CONGRATULATIONS! Omedettoo Gozaimasu👍👍👍

Everything is superb. Only thing is that the room didn’t have much airflow. I would like to commend the concierge, especially, for going out of his way every single time. His service is absolutely stellar and this really made our hotel stay so wonderful!

Everything was amazing and the staff were so sweet and to be honest the best people we've met in Nagoya! Room was spacious, clean and the hotel is not that far from the subway station 15 minutes (exit 12) To be honest, this hotel is stunning, feel like a 5 stars and the breakfast very delicious you can choose between 3 restaurants :).

The hotel was exceptional and clean. Fantastic location, close to a subway station and a lot of restaurants. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were nice. Basic rooms but fantastic bathrooms.
